When do we start selling fresh / new sorts of seeds?
Or when it is best to buy and sow seeds
A few sorts of seeds are always on sale, and new seeds are ready for sale in November. We recommend that the seeds germinate from the beginning of February (eg Carolina Reaper) to the middle of March (eg jalapeno), depending on the species.
Where can you buy our hot sauces?
The offer of "Chili Pipp" products coveres whole Slovenia. You can buy them in an online store, in major well-stocked stores, and in health food stores. You can also visit us at Sv. Duh 110 in Škofja Loka, in the heart of our production.
You can also try them in quite a few restaurants, pizzerias and inns throughout Slovenia.
What is our hottest sauce?
A gift is a sauce that should not exist due to its extreme heat. The sauce is not intended for pussies :)
How long does it take to ship an order?
If the ordered products are in stock, we will send them within 2-5 working days. In the case of holidays or if otherwise posted on the website, you will be notified of the estimated time of dispatch in a timely manner.
When are you entitled to free postage?

For purchases over € 150 we cover the costs of packaging and shipping. Valid for delivery in THIRD COUNTRIES
EU
For purchases over € 120 we cover the costs of packaging and shipping. Valid for delivery in EU.
SLOVENIA
For purchases over € 40, we cover the costs of packaging and shipping. Valid for delivery in Slovenia. You can also buy the products without delivery costs from us at the address Sv. Duh 110, 4220 Škofja Loka. Opening hours are Monday to Friday between 9am and 3pm.
