The Cascabella is a medium hot chili with a nice flavor. It’s pods, which can already be harvested in about 75 days, grow to be about 5-7cm long and 2-3cm wide. They ripen from yellow to orange to red, but are usually eaten in their yellow stage. We recommend them roasted or in salads. Not to be confused with the Mexican “Cascabel” chili!
